The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flatscreen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, stereo with CD player. The back yard is nicely landscaped including a fire pit for summer use and the hot tub placed behind the house backing to forest. You can relax in the hammock or on the patio furniture while entertaining your guests. There is a gas barbecue on the deck. There's also a fenced in yard for your dog!
Across the street is Ward Creek and it's a short walk to Lake Tahoe. Also close to many hiking/biking trails!
