There is a sunny deck with patio furniture, barbeque and a smoker (weather permitting). it also has wireless internet!
This home also has access to Tahoe Park's private beach area and is walking distance to Paige Meadows which is a popular hiking/biking area in summer and cross country skiing/snow shoeing are in winter.
