Travel East on Interstate 80 Turn South on Highway 89 at the Squaw Valley/ Tahoe City Exit. Continue driving about 13 miles on Highway 89, which brings you to Tahoe City. When you reach the stop light in Tahoe City, continue driving straight through town. (This automatically turns into Highway 28 also called North Lake Blvd) Our office is located approximately 1 mile East of the stop light, just past the Safeway and MacDonalds center, on the left hand side of the road. Keys are to be picked up at the Wells and Bennett Realtors Office. During normal business hours, please pick up keys in our office. If you arrive after office hours, you will still have to pick the keys up at the office. The keys will be in an envelope with your name and the homeowner’s name on it. The envelope will be in the open drop box at the front door of our office with your keys inside. To get a map to your rental, go to our website, go to view all rentals, then go to your rental. There is a link with a map to your home for you to print out and bring with you. There will not be a map in your envelope for security reasons.
